1. The name
The brand is written Hypemint — one word, capital H, lowercase m. Not "HypeMint", not "Hype Mint", not "HYPEMINT" outside a heading that capitalises everything anyway. In running text it takes no article: "Hypemint delivers", not "the Hypemint delivers".
The domain is hypemint.fans. Any other domain claiming to be us is not us, and we would be grateful if you reported it through the Contact page.
2. Using the logo
You may use our logo without asking in order to link to us, review us, report on us, or show that you are a customer. When you do:
- Keep clear space around it equal to the height of the letter H in the mark.
- Do not stretch, rotate, recolour, add effects to, or place it on a background that leaves it illegible.
- Do not combine it with your own mark in a way that suggests a partnership we have not agreed.
- Do not use it as your own icon, favicon or app icon.
3. What needs permission
Written permission is required to use our name or logo in advertising, on merchandise, in a domain name, as part of your own product name, or in any way that implies we endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with you. Ask through the Contact page.
4. Reselling and affiliation
If you resell our services, you may say that you use Hypemint. You may not present yourself as Hypemint, use our branding on your storefront, or state or imply that we authorise your business unless we have agreed that in writing.
5. Platform names are not ours
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Spotify, Twitch and every other platform named on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise. Their names appear here only to describe which platform a service applies to, which is a descriptive use.
6. Getting the files
For a press kit or a logo file in a specific format, ask through the Contact page and say what you need it for. We would rather send you the right file than have a screenshot of the header end up in print.
